THE LEADERS

Supt

SUPERINTENDENT JAMES E. LEE, II is a product of the Dallas Business Magnet School and Jarvis Christian College. A third-generation leader in the Church of God in Christ, he is the son of Sherel Baxter Lee and the late Bishop J. Edward Lee. Supt. Lee traces his Church of God in Christ pedigree to the former chairman of the International Elders Council, the late Bishop A.D. Baxter of Pennsylvania, and Bishop S.D. Lee, founding prelate of the Texas East Jurisdiction. Supt. Lee is the proud father of four and is married to the Evangelist LaKitsha J. Lee.

He serves as the Administrative Assistant to Bishop of the Texas East Jurisdiction, the Superintendent of the S.D. Lee District and is the pastor of the Neighborhood House of Prayer Church Dallas and the Holy Temple Church of God in Christ, Terrell.

LADY LA'KITSHA J. LEE was born a fighter, coming into this world weighing only 3lbs. Her parents, the late Dr. C.R. Proctor and Shepherdess Mollie M. Proctor taught her faith, which she stands on today. Her ministry was birthed through trials and tribulations which stretched her faith and built her resilience. Quitting has never been an option as she consistently holds on to knowing that serving the Lord will pay off and only what you do for Christ will last.

While working in the Kingdom, she met and married her distinguished husband Supt. James E. Lee II. Together they have four children. This union and the divine will of God placed Lady Lee in the seat of the “First Lady” of Holy Temple COGIC and Neighborhood House of Prayer Church where she faithfully serves beside her husband.

Lady Lee also serves on the Executive Team for the Administrative Assistant’s Wives Circle of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. She is also embracing a new position, serving as the Executive Assistant to the Supervisor of Women for TX East Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ, Inc. Her passion for women sparked a movement which she co-founded, “Sisters A.C.T.”.

She also currently owns and operates a childcare center where she has served for over 22 years. With years of experience in this field she extended her reach by launching an Outreach Center, Joy to the World. Lady Lee is humbled to be a co-author in, “Behind Her Brand the Christian Edition, Vol. 2. and “The First Lady” which both speak to her life. Lady Lee’s mantra is, “May the work I’ve done speak for me.”
